Mortgage360 provides home loan EMI calculations, affordability evaluations, bank interest rate comparison insights, and loan advisory assistance for users in India.
By downloading, installing, or using the Mortgage360 application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2 Information We Collect
We believe in data minimization. In Version 1.0 of Mortgage360, users can freely use the mortgage calculator, affordability estimator, and knowledge hub without creating an account or registering.
We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when submitting a "Request a Call Back" or "Inquire with Advisor" form:
- Contact Details: First Name, Last Name, 10-digit Indian Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address.
- Loan Preference Information: Selected loan requirement (e.g., Home Purchase, Balance Transfer & Top-Up, Plot & Construction, or Loan Against Property) and estimated property purchase budget.
Device & Technical Diagnostics (Automatic): Standard technical logs (such as OS version, device model, app performance, and crash analytics) may be automatically processed via standard Google Play Services solely to ensure app stability and fix technical errors.
3 Information We Do NOT Collect (Zero Sensitive Data Policy)
To ensure user safety and full Google Play financial policy compliance, Mortgage360 explicitly does NOT collect:
- No Aadhaar numbers or biometrics.
- No Permanent Account Number (PAN) details or scans.
- No Bank Account numbers, Net Banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
- No Credit Card / Debit Card CVVs or OTPs.
- No salary slips, Form 16, or confidential bank statements.
- No background GPS tracking or contact book access permissions.
4 How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected exclusively for legitimate business purposes:
- Loan Advisory & Consultation: To connect you with an experienced Mortgage360 home loan advisor who can answer your inquiries, compare lending bank interest rates (ROI), and guide you on eligibility.
- Customer Communication: To respond to your voluntary callback requests via phone call, SMS, or email.
- App Performance & Quality: To debug crashes, maintain operational reliability, and improve calculator algorithms.
5 Legal Basis & Data Retention
Our processing of your data is based on your explicit consent when submitting inquiry forms. We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to fulfill your advisory request or comply with statutory Indian record-keeping requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and Information Technology Act, 2000.
If you choose not to proceed with loan advisory, your inquiry records are purged after standard operational resolution.
6 Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure Policy
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Verified Lending Partners (With Your Consent): If you request direct assistance with a specific bank or Housing Finance Company (HFC), your contact details are shared only with the designated lending institution to process your formal loan application.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: If required by Indian law, judicial decree, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or law enforcement authority.
7 Data Security Practices
We employ modern administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to safeguard user data:
- Encryption in Transit: All communication between the app and backend services uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.
- Access Control: Access to callback requests is restricted strictly to authorized loan advisors bound by confidentiality obligations.
8 Your Rights & Data Deletion Mechanism
Under Indian privacy regulations and Google Play User Data policies, you possess the right to:
- Access or review any personal information submitted to us.
- Request immediate correction of inaccurate contact details.
- Request Complete Data Deletion: You may request the permanent erasure of your contact details from our records at any time by emailing us at mortgage360.m360@yahoo.com with the subject line
"Data Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 7 business days.
9 Children's Privacy
Mortgage360 is intended strictly for adults (individuals aged 18 and above) seeking property financing and mortgage calculation in India. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18.
